Week in Review: 5/18/20 to 5/23/20 & a Giveaway

Week in Review

Are businesses opening back up where you are? In Tennessee, we’re in phase two of a 4-phase reopening plan but many of us are remaining cautious.

I pray all of you are well and beginning to see a little light out the end of this tunnel.

Stand alone vs. Series – don’t matter to me as long as I love the author’s writing.

I love series, you get to spend more time with the characters.

Yes, and there are so many nuances to series you just can’t get in stand alone stories.

I like both, but sometimes I prefer to have a complete series before I start reading because I don’t want to be left hanging until the next book is available.

My sister-in-law refuses to read a series until it’s completed.

I will read both. I love to get involved with characters in a series which is why I always try to read a series in order.

I enjoy series books so much more when I read the entire series (but I have read plenty of books in series without reading all of them, too).

Definitely either, if the stories are good

    BOTH! 🙂

I live in Texas which is one of the first states to re-open. This morning I visited a church in person. It was wonderful. I discovered several of my friends attend there. So good to see them.

I also live is Texas and it’s great to see people moving around again.
I like both series and single books. But I like when a book stands on it’s own if I only get one book and/or if its in the middle of the series.

I have to say that I love a good series…but I like a stand alone as well. So both!
