I read so many different authors! At present, I know that I couldn’t pick a favorite. We are so blessed to have so many Christian authors, more than you could imagine. Thank you for the giveaway opportunity.
I agree with you. Christian fiction has grown so much since my college days when the fiction shelves were sparse!
My favorite authors are Jocelyn Green, Laura Frantz, Jody Hedlund, and Kristi Ann Hunter
All great authors and great ladies!
I have so many “favorite, must-read” authors, I could write a book of my own with just their names! Lynette Eason, Denise Hunter, Colleen Coble, Robin Jones Gunn, Robin Lee Hatcher, Sandra Byrd, Mindy Starns Clark, Beverly Lewis, Suzanne Woods Fisher, Kathleen Fuller, Cindy Woodsmall, DiAnn Mills, Liz Johnson…. I know there are more but these are my absolute favorites!
I have 15 favorite authors that I have made a list of but there are so many good ones out there. In no particular order: Sarah Sundin, Roseanna White, Ann Gabhart, Irene Hannon. Dee Henderson, Kristi Ann Hunter, Carolyn Miller, Julianna Deering, Beth White, Jessica Dotta, Lisa Harris, Lynette Eason Julie Klassen, Tamera Alexander. Shelley Shepard Gray, etc.
Right now if I had to pick one, I think I would say Tamara Alexander. I read all three of her Belle Meade novels, plus her new Christmas story this year and all were excellent!
Love Tamera Alexander! I live within 15 miles of Carnton Plantation and am really looking forward to the new series!

I have so many authors who are my “favorite” , I can’t possibly name just one! I read mostly historical and suspense but for your contest, I’ll name a few contemporary authors. Though I don’t read too many 🙂 Denise Hunter, Cynthia Ruchti, Victoria Bylin, Kellie Coates Gilbert, Katie Ganshert, and Becky Wade…just to name a few.
Thank you for the giveaway chance!
I have so many “favorite” authors. I don’t even know how to choose. A few new authors I have read recently and thoroughly enjoyed are Rebecca J. Greenwood, debut author Jen Geigle Johnson , and Teresa Richards. 🙂
I love so many as I love variety, but Kim Vogel Sawyer is a master storyteller in my opinion. Thank you for the chance.
My favorite auther … (s) are 🙂 Chautona Havig, Christy Barritt, Vicky Kestell and Jenny B. Jones
Some of my favorites authors are Melissa Tagg, Dee Henderson, Susan May Warren, Becky Wade and more. I love that their stories make me grateful for my relationship with God and the people he has placed in my life. Their characters are so related. The struggles are real and the love is intense.
That is a hard question to answer. I love Charlotte Bronte, and Jane Eyre is my most favorite book ever. But, if we’re talking contemporary authors, I adore Laura Frantz, Tamera Alexander, Carolyn Miller, Julie Klassen, Jody Hedlund, Susie Dietze, and Kristi Ann Hunter to name a few.
Favorite authors of mine are numerous and I don’t want to omit anyone ~Julie Klassen, Kim Vogel Sawyer, Mona Hodgson, Jane Kirkpatrick, Melody Carlson, Anne Mateer, Jan Watson, Lynn Austin, Marlene Banks, Ruth Axtell, Sarah E. Ladd, Robin Lee Hatcher, Maggie Brendan, Sandra Byrd, Joanne Bischof, Kristy Cambron, Jody Hedlund, Suzanne Woods Fisher; Christian authors who show growth in their characters by learning to lean on the Lord more than words they may say. The actions of their life reflecting Christ that others are drawn to Him and want to know more how their lives have changed.
The three authors who have been mentors to me are Elisabeth Elliot Gren, Ingrid Trobisch Youngdale, and Edith Schaeffer. So much motherly wisdom so needed by all of us.
