Happy October, reading friends! Who else got buried under their September TBR? October is a little lighter for me, which is a good thing because I almost didn’t get to all of my reading commitments last month. And yes, I will admit I overextended myself and said yes to too many. This is the problem with book FOMO. Who can relate?

You can never have too many books, but yes the TBR is out of control!
I agree you can never have too many books but I do have a tendency to overcommit from time to time 🙂
I love both hockey and college football!!
Yay for fall sports seasons!!
I love the beautiful colors that are present here in October! So beautiful.
Me too!
I love all the beautiful colors here…the trees and blueberry fields are so pretty this time of year.
The fall colors are a favorite. They don’t last long here in TN (especially this year since it’s 90 degrees in October).
I would have to say fresh apples. Nothing smells or tastes like them!
Oh, I love the scent of apples in the fall and winter!
I am not into sports but I love October because it is the month of my wedding anniversary. Thanks for the chance.

Happy anniversary!!
October means soccer games for one of my sons, and falling leaves that change colors and always bring me joy (minus mowing or bagging them). Michigan has some amazing colors every Fall!
I really need to get north one of these autumns!
Playoff baseball=) I am a braves fan but don’t actually follow much during the regular season, but have been enjoying the playoff games so far.
October is the month to celebrate the Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles). I also enjoy watching Bedlam. OU plays OSU during the Texas State Fair.
I like sports, the smell of pumpkin and the falling colorful leaves.
