April 24, 2021 by Suzie Waltner 3 Comments

 Week in Review

We are staring down the last week of April and headed toward the unofficial start of summer. May is usually when it starts to heat up here in Tennessee, and with today’s rainy weather, I’m ready for it.

“What was a stand-out book your read this month?” I’ve enjoyed “The Planetbreaker’s Son,” a book of short stories by Nick Mamatas. The title story is a really interesting take on a post-humanity future with personalities loaded onto a computer.

“The Haunting at Bonaventure Circus” sounds like a fun read!

I enjoyed reading Forever Home by Amy Grochowski. It was an Amish story from a debut author.
