Week in Review 3/19/23 to 3/25/23 & a Giveaway

March 25, 2023 by Suzie Waltner 6 Comments

 Week in Review

Can you believe this is the last week of March and we’re headed into April? Is anyone seeing signs of spring where you live yet? The only ones I’ve seen are the ones my complex landscaping put in this week. Enjoy the rest of the month.

The tops of the daffodils are pushing up, and the birds have returned, including the robins.

Definitely seeing signs of spring here in Florida. We’ve already mowed the yard once! The nicest signs of spring are the blossoms on the peach tree in my back yard and the dove that builds a nest every spring to lay her eggs up in the corner of my porch. I’m never thrilled about the mess she makes, but it’s only for a short time, and she’s come to trust that she has a safe place there with us. I wonder how many babies she will hatch this year. I hope to plant some flowers soon too. Do you enjoy gardening?

I’m in South Carolina, further south than you I think. Everything is starting to bloom around here. THe Dogwoods are definitely blooming and some of the Azaleas are just starting to open up.

I have been seeing robins and the tulips are peeking out of the ground.

Just feeling the warmer temps when I go outside, no sign of spring flowers sprouting up or bees buzzing about as of yet but I know that those things are right around the corner
