About the Book
Wally had been cooped up all winter and was ready for a great adventure! His chores came first, then after his father reminded him of the rules, Wally was off. The first rule was to never go exploring alone, but when none of Wally’s friends could go, he was determined to go anyway. Look inside to find out what Wally faces on his adventure!

In My Opinion
With pages full of pictures in rich browns and greens, dotted with bright pops of colored flowers, as well as Wally’s animal friends, little minds will quickly engage in Wally’s Misadventure. This book is the perfect length to read through for cuddle time or as a bedtime story.
As Wally sets out on his journey, he soon discovers it’s not as ideal as he’d imagined. He runs into problems and must figure out how to escape them.
Chrys Wimer gives children a storybook filled with some important lessons. Rules are in place for a reason and there are consequences when they are disobeyed. And while Wally’s selfish attitude is a little bothersome, it could be used as another lesson parents can teach their children as they read together.
