About the Book
‘Tis the season…For unexpected love!
Officer Jonathan Maxwell is just as devoted to his job as he is to his two young daughters, leaving zero time for a social life. Until he meets Brooke Novak. The newly hired community center director is a single parent, too, and also part of his latest investigation. Jonathan needs Brooke’s help if he’s going to close his case by Thanksgiving…but she might be the biggest distraction from keeping his mind on his job.

In My Opinion
For those readers who aren’t quite ready to skip right to the Christmas reads while we’re still in September, The Single Dad’s Holiday Match by Tanya Agler fits the bill.
Brooke may be new to the town of Hollydale, but her desire to serve the residents as her role as the community center director is evident from the first pages of the book. Jonathan is carving a place for himself and his daughters in the town as well but his work as a police officer takes him away from them too often for his liking.
When these two meet the attraction isn’t immediate, but it doesn’t take long for it to show up. However, these two people carry hurt, heartache, and disappointment with them, which make trusting difficult.
Add an investigation that keeps leading Jonathan back to the community center, two sweet little girls, and some Hollydale friends, and this book is sure to warm your heart this fall.
