About the Book

The Marriage Bargain

Jules Sheehan will do anything to keep custody of the two orphaned girls in her care—including a marriage of convenience with their uncle. Cam Quinn crosses the globe as a travel writer, but he’s ready to settle down. Now tough, tender Jules is offering the home he’s secretly longed for. Can this marriage in name only become a family of the heart?

In My Opinion

Competent and confident Jules Sheehan has it all together. But when her best friend loses her life and Jules becomes the caregiver to two little girls, her careful control begins to shift. Then, the girls’ uncle shows up at her door and the threat of a custody battle with the girls’ grandmother drives her to desperation.

Cameron Quinn left Red Hill Springs intent on never looking back but he cannot let his sister’s children live a life like he had. When Jules proposes a marriage of convenience, he agrees.

Despite the chaos of becoming instant parents and running a business, the friendship formed between Jules and Cameron in both the quiet and messy moments of life are what waters the seeds of their relationship. If Jules can put her fear of failure aside and Cameron can release the past to grab hold of the future, the two of them just might realize they’re stronger together than apart.

Stephanie Dees’s Family Blessing series finale is another book overflowing with friends, family, faith, and friendship.
