You guys, there are so many authors releasing so many books, sometimes it takes me a while to get to them. As was the case with Jessica R. Patch. I’ve seen her name a few times, even keep up with her on Facebook, but until her newest Love Inspired Suspense book, I had not yet had the pleasure of reading her work. Let me tell you, that has now been remedied and I just may have to dig into Patch’s backlog!
In My Opinion
Illegal sales of ghost guns, multiple murder attempts, corrupt law enforcement, the dark web, and protection agents are only a taste of what Jessica Patch has in store for readers in her newest Love Inspired Suspense read. And let’s not skip over the hurt, heat, and heroism of both Jodie and Evan.
Seriously, just when I could breathe again, Patch launched another harrowing situation at me.
All of the physical danger melds with the emotions. Jodie doesn’t want her heart broken by Evan Novak again. Evan fears he’s not good enough for her—that he’ll repeat his father’s mistakes—while needing to protect the only woman who has meant anything to him.
Hang on to your seats, folks. Secret Service Setup is a wild, emotional ride from start to finish. But one that’s oh-so worth it.
