From Love Inspired Suspense: Courage. Danger. Faith.
In My Opinion
In Safe House Exposed by Darlene L. Turner, readers are embroiled in the treacherous world of a mole in the witness protection system. But with Emma, Mason, and Sierra it goes much deeper.
I tend to like books (especially romantic suspense) where there is some history between our hero and heroine—otherwise I question whether it was just the situation drawing the two together—and oh, boy, is there history here.
Turner throws plenty of suspects into the mix, making it hard to pin the true culprit down. Just when you think you have it figured out, something else happens that makes you doubt your hunch. In between the running-for-their-lives moments, Emma and Mason are dealing with family and relationship issues.
