Live Like There’s No Yesterday by John F. Westfall – Review

About the Book

Discover the Freedom of Leaving the Past Behind

What if yesterday never happened? What if you were free from your old hurts, trauma, sadness, and mistakes? What if you could be healthier, happier, and freer to be yourself? What if your life could be transformed just by changing your mind?

It can.

Drawing on the call in Romans 12 to “be transformed by the renewing of your mind,” pastor and speaker John F. Westfall shows how you can overcome yesterday in order to live with hope and gratitude today. A self-described “world champion negative thinker,” Westfall knows how hard it can be to let go of the past. With great compassion and practical advice, he motivates you to allow the Holy Spirit to change the way you think, releasing you from negative thoughts and destructive patterns.

Ready to leave worry, anxiety, and regret behind? Then you’re ready to live like there’s no yesterday.

In My Opinion

Do you worry about what tomorrow may bring or is it the past that trips you up or holds you captive? In Live Like There’s No Yesterday, John F. Westfall admits he falls in the latter camp (as do I).

With a combination of brain science, personal experiences, a touch of humor, and scripture, Westfall encourages readers to let go of the past and live a life renewed of it. With topics such as positive thinking, past trauma, insults vs. compliments, and more, readers are given practical application on how to change their mindset.

If you’re ready to leave worry, anxiety, and regret behind, then Live Like There’s No Yesterday is for you.
