Do you Wog?

What is a wog you might ask? Well, it’s a combination between a walk and a jog. It’s what I try and do three times a week for three miles each time. I am S-L-O-W SLOW when it comes to running but I refuse to let that stop me from getting out there and getting some good cardio exercise in as well as some fresh air! So Woggers, unite, we are not alone.

As John “The Penguin” Bingham says, “The miracle isn’t that I finished. The miracle is that I had the courage to start.”

 

End of week 2: food tracked every day. Just started exercising 60 minutes 6 days a week!!!

Weight: 243.4!!
