Danielle Grandinetti introduces readers to two people carrying the weight of grief who need each other more than they realize in A Father for Her Boys.
While Sofia is trying to find her way parenting her two nephews with a broken foot, Nathaniel wants only to remember his first love. Upon their first meeting, these two hurting people connect and understand each other in ways no one else in their lives does.
And while their romance happens over the course of a summer, the developing relationship is natural because both are fighting feeling anything other than friendship so strongly.
With an engaging storyline and wonderful characters, Grandinetti reminds us that even during heartache, we can catch glimpses of hope and hold onto the promise that joy does, indeed, come in the morning.
I hope there is a return to River Cove in future books from this author.

Danielle Grandinetti is an inspirational romance author fueled by tea and books, and the occasional nature walk. This book is on my TBR list and I can’t wait for the opportunity to read and review it. Definitely an attention grabbing cover and a great sounding storyline.
It sounds like a sweet story of friendship that grows into love despite the characters’ determined efforts to not develop those feelings.
