Jewel Cade wants two things—
One is Heath Loveland
The Rocky Mountain cowgirl has her heart set on becoming range boss of the Cade ranch. But first she has to accompany the son of her family’s longtime enemy—and her off-limits secret crush—on a cattle drive across Colorado. Discovering Heath shares her attraction only makes for a rockier road. Because Jewel has a sneaking suspicion that if she drops her guard, the cowboy might ride off with her heart.

In My Opinion
I, for one, am glad there are so many members of the Cade and Loveland families because I am loving this series by Karen Rock.
In Winning the Cowboy’s Heart, readers get to watch the romance develop between Jewell Cade (the youngest and only female Cade sibling) and Heath Loveland (a cowboy with a soul filled with music). We’ve gotten hints of the attraction through several of the books, and Jewell’s brothers love to tease her about Heath.
So, when Jewell is asked to help out at the Loveland Ranch, she feels obligated. There’s a dedication and passion to her family’s arch nemeses that she’s never noticed before. Spending time with them—and with Heath—makes her question the feud their families have had for more than a century.
Both Jewell and Cade operate with misconceptions. Often to his detriment, Heath is a people pleaser. Instead of grabbing hold of what he wants, he aspires to make others happy. Jewell is out to prove herself to her brothers, her deceased father, and the world. To hide her softer side, she puts on a rough and tough cowgirl persona, but she has dreams.
With the pull of attraction getting stronger between Heath and Jewell, a looming lawsuit between the families, and discovering what’s most important in their lives, Karen Rock gives readers another thoroughly enjoyable and fulfilling story. Winning the Cowboy’s Heart one is the best in the series yet!

I’m so glad you’re loving the series, Suzie! Thanks so much for hosting me today and for your wonderful review 🙂
Hallo, Hallo Suzie,
Isn’t that the truth!? I am overjoyed this series is expanding into so many uniquely spun installments as it is as it gives us the proper chance to fully become acquainted with all of the characters! Both lead and supporting cast – which is quite brilliant as it isn’t always the case with other series. This was my first beloved Harlequin Heartwarming series (before I met the Blackwell Brothers!) – digging into the tour route today has been a joy and delight, as I love finding out what fellow book bloggers are thinking about the books I’m reading myself. I don’t always get to make the rounds – so this has been especially fun!
I felt this was a keen novel of redemption but also, of a slow burning romance which as been built up for a long time within the series itself – at one point, I did question if Heath was going to realise a few things he seemed to be oblivious too but that is also part of what is charming about Heath. He puts himself second and everyone else is first – just as you said!
I’d love to see if we shared any takeaways, if you have time you’ll find my review shares a lot of what I loved about their personalities and the new information we were receiving about their families!
