IN MY OPINION
I enjoy returning to the settings of previous books, and Hollydale is no exception. In A Ranger for the Twins by Tanya Agler, readers return to this quaint North Carolina town where the residents have big opinions and big hearts.
Lucie is an easy character to sympathize with. Her ex-husband’s actions have impacted both her and her kids, yet she strives to make life work for them. Add in her willingness to take in abandoned animals and her sweet twins, and how can you not root for her?
As a fan of the friends to more trope, of course I loved the romance. Caleb and Lucy understand each other in a way that builds trust between them.
Agler brings in some familiar character from her previous book and adds a few new ones. I will definitely have to watch for her next release to find out who gets their time to fall in love next.
